O’Melveny’s Lash Co-Authors Article for Daily Journal on Trends in Pro Bono Participation

February 13, 2015 O'Melveny & Myers pro bono counsel David Lash co-authored the February 13, 2015, Daily Journal article, "Reports of Pro Bono's Demise are Greatly Exaggerated.”  The authors observe that while raw numbers show that pro bono hours across the legal industry have waned in recent years, they have increased drastically over the past twenty years.  “To focus on relatively minor fluctuations in recent years is to miss the forest for the trees,” the authors write.

Lash serves as managing counsel for O’Melveny’s pro bono and public interest services and resides in the Firm’s Los Angeles and Century City offices.
