O’Melveny’s Lichtenbaum, Ichilcik Co-Author Corporate Counsel Article on Easing Sanctions in Iran

O'Melveny & Myers’ partner Greta Lichtenbaum and counsel Hayley Ichilcik co-authored the January 12, 2016, article, “Iran Nuclear Agreement: Compliance Strategies for Companies Considering Doing Business with Iran,” for Corporate Counsel. The article details Iran’s agreement with the US, the European Union, and others, to ease economic sanctions provided that Iran winds down aspects of its nuclear program. The authors summarize the changes that will occur in the law in the United States and the European Union, the compliance challenges presented for companies that deal in both markets, and strategies for addressing those challenges.
