O’Melveny’s McKeen Featured as Law360 Rising Star

3월 21, 2012

The March 20, 2012, edition of Law360 profiled O’Melveny & Myers partner Elizabeth McKeen as a “Rising Star.” The article detailed McKeen’s heavy involvement in financial services litigation before, during, and after the foreclosure crisis for lending clients such as Ocwen Federal Bank FSB. The story also heavily detailed her work in mentoring more junior lawyers at the firm. “Being a young partner is great because I still feel really connected to the associates and counsel that I work with, so I feel like I'm in the lucky position to be able to provide a bridge to that group of people,” McKeen said in the article. One of McKeen’s own mentors, former O’Melveny partner Brian Brooks, who is now vice chairman at OneWest Bank, said to Law360 that McKeen is “one of the country's superstars in her field. She was one of those people who was not only a quick study, she was — and a lot of attorneys aren't — she was proactive and creative."
