O’Melveny’s Petrocelli Quoted in National Law Journal for Dismissal of Warner Bros. and John Logan in “Last Samurai” Suit

O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s representation of Warner Bros. in a lawsuit involving the blockbuster movie "The Last Samurai" is noted in the February 16, 2012, National Law Journal article “’Last Samurai’ claims survive, but Warner’s off the Hook.” In the article, O’Melveny Business Trial & Litigation Practice Chair Daniel Petrocelli commented on the court’s order dismissing Firm clients Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and screenwriter John Logan from the suit, “We are pleased with the court’s decision and the vindication of our clients.”  The O’Melveny team was led by Petrocelli, partner James Pearl, and associate Brian Finkelstein.
