O’Melveny’s Rapisardi, Zujkowski Author Piece on Brazilian Bankruptcy Law for New York Law Journal

Partner John Rapisardi and counsel Joseph Zujkowski coauthored an article for New York Law Journal, titled “Bankruptcy Basics Under Brazilian Law.” The piece provides an overview of the Brazilian bankruptcy system and highlights key differences between the Brazilian system and the US Bankruptcy Code. The piece also features a Q&A with Brazilian restructuring lawyer Marcos Leite de Castro, who “addresses a number of questions likely on the minds of international investors holding Brazilian distressed debt.”

Rapisardi is co-chair of O'Melveny's Global Restructuring Practice and resides in the Firm's New York office.  Zujkowski is a member of the Restructuring Practice and also resides in the New York office.
