O’Melveny’s Representation of CoreLogic in its Acquisitions of DataQuick, Marshall & Swift/Boeckh Noted in Multiple Outlets

O’Melveny & Myers’ representation of CoreLogic in its plans to acquire Marshall & Swift/Boeckh and DataQuick received coverage in MergerMarket and Global Competition Review. The March 25, 2014, MergerMarket article reported that CoreLogic has announced the closing of its acquisition of Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB). CoreLogic has also received regulatory approval from the Federal Trade Commission, which has settled its challenge to the acquisition of DataQuick, according to the March 24 Global Competition Review article. O’Melveny & Myers partner David Beddow acts as counsel to CoreLogic in the transaction.
