O’Melveny's Representation of ILFC in Sale to AerCap Holdings Noted by The AmLaw DailyDecember 17, 2013
O’Melveny & Myers’ representation of International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a subsidiary of AIG, in its sale to AerCap Holdings for US$5.4 billion in cash and stock was noted in the December 17, 2013, edition of The AmLaw Daily. Upon completion of the acquisition, AIG will have ownership of 46% of AerCap commons shares, and ILFC will be a wholly owned subsidiary of AerCap, according to the article.
