O’Melveny’s Representation of Precision Castparts in Acquisition of Titanium Metals Corporation Noted in Mergermarket

August 09, 2013 O’Melveny & Myers’ representation of complex metal components manufacturer Precision Castparts in its acquisition of Titanium Metals was recently noted in two Mergermarket articles.  The July 31, 2013, piece focuses on Precision’s plan to spend between US$1.5billion and US$2billion on mergers and acquisitions over the next two years, and an August 9, 2013, update predicts the company’s future acquisition targets.  Both articles describe Precision’s recent history of transactions, including the US$3billion Titanium Metals deal for which O’Melveny provided legal advice.
