O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s representation of a group of insurance companies engaged in an ongoing asbestos litigation battle with Thorpe Insulation Co. is featured in the January 25, 2012, issue of Mealey’s Litigation Report. The article reports that the Ninth Circuit granted O’Melveny’s appeal and ruled the companies can proceed with challenging Thorpe’s reorganization plan.
