O’Melveny’s representation of T-Mobile was featured in the December 9, 2011, Thomson Reuters News and Insight article “Justice Department Seeks Delay in AT&T Trial,” and in the December 9, 2011, Law360 report “DOJ Seeks to Delay Suit over AT&T, T-Mobile Merger.” In the latest update to the case, Law360 reports, “The US Department of Justice asked a Washington federal judge on Friday to postpone its suit seeking to block AT&T Inc.'s merger with T-Mobile USA Inc. beyond the currently scheduled February trial date, given AT&T's recent withdrawal of its application for Federal Communications Commission approval.”
