O’Melveny’s Riccio Authors Article on Essential Skills for Legal Industry Information Professionals

July 16, 2015 O'Melveny & Myers’ director of library innovation and library manager Holly Riccio authored the article, "Developing the Right Skill Set for Legal Information Professionals of the Future: The State of Library School Education," which appears in the July 2015 edition of Thomson Reuters Practice Innovations.  In the article, Riccio discusses the importance of developing both soft skills and business skills in order to achieve career-long success as an information professional in the legal industry.  She points to three essential elements that information professionals should cultivate in order to drive continuous professional development: “association membership, lifelong learning, and mentorship."
