O’Melveny’s Ukropina Appointed President of W.M. Keck Foundation, Philanthropy News Digest Reports

In a July 1, 2012, post, Philanthropy News Digest reported that the W.M. Keck Foundation has appointed O’Melveny & Myers LLP of counsel James R. Ukropina as president. According to the coverage, chairman and CEO Robert A. Day said in a statement that the foundation “will greatly benefit from Jim's insight, given his considerable leadership experience and strong commitment to the lives of others." Ukropina is a member of O’Melveny’s Transactions Department and resides in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. As a member of and advisor to numerous boards, he has extensive experience in corporate governance.
