Los Angeles-based real estate partners Michael Hamilton and Timothy Evans are rejoining O’Melveny, this article reported. The pair represent public and private REITs, large developers, large institutional investors, and Wall Street firms in real estate ventures, The Recorder noted.

“Our practice breaks down 50/50 between complicated real estate finance and conventional real estate and dirt law,” Hamilton said.

“It’s really about how the partner fits with the rest of the partnership and the practice fit. Michael’s practice crosses almost every practice that we have at the firm,” said O’Melveny corporate department co-chairman Brophy Christensen on the Hamilton’s return.
