Former senior prosecutor at the US Department of Justice, David V. Harbach II, is joining O’Melveny’s white collar and corporate investigations group. Harbach most recently co-led investigations at The Hague into crimes against humanity and war crimes committed during the Kosovo conflict in the late 1990s. Harbach has also served as the Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Sothern District of New York as well as the Eastern District of Virginia.
