O’Melveny served as legal counsel to an ad hoc group of debt holders in 24 Hour Fitness’ emergence from Chapter 11.
The company has effectively completed its financial restructuring and has implemented the plan of reorganization confirmed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in late December 2020, SGB Media reported.
