CNBC.com: Shaving Upstart Harry’s is Selling for $1.37 Billion to the Company that Owns Schick Razors

Schick and Wilkinson razor brands owner Edgewell Personal Care announced that it will buy Harry’s Inc. in a $1.37 billion cash-and-stock deal, to expand in a fast-growing U.S. grooming market.

O’Melveny is advising New York-based Harry’s on the deal. The company sells razors, shaving creams, lotions, soaps and other grooming products as well as the Flamingo line of women’s razors and waxes.
