Six of O’Melveny’s Newest California-Based Partners Noted in Daily Journal

O'Melveny & Myers LLP recently announced that it promoted 15 lawyers to partner. On January 17, 2012, the Daily Journal highlighted six of the California-based partners including Adam P. KohSweeney in San Francisco; Nancy Bruington and Kenneth Deutsch in Century City; and Jeffrey Fowler, Andrew Parlen and Catalina Joos Vergara in Los Angeles. KohSweeney focuses on labor and employment litigation. Bruington focuses in film-slate financings and the formation and capitalization of entertainment companies. Deutch focuses on complex financings and strategic joint ventures. Fowler focuses on e-discovery issues in complex class actions and multidistrict litigations. Parlen specializes in Chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings. Vergara specializes in class actions, mass torts and insurance litigation.
