O’Melveny & Myers LLP has hired Jarryd Anderson as a partner in Washington, DC. Anderson, a former policy adviser to the Federal Reserve System’s Supervision and Regulatory Division of the board of governors, will advise financial institutions, fintech companies, banks, and investors on transactional, regulatory, enforcement, and supervisory matters. He also serves as chair of the M&A and strategic initiatives subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Banking Law Committee.
