John-Paul Motley, Managing Partner of O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office, and Darin Snyder, the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion partner, discussed the firm’s latest recruitment tool at a professional development series hosted by Vanderbilt Law School.

The new technology, developed by Pymetrics, involves a series of games designed to evaluate candidates’ emotional and cognitive abilities. It is the firm’s hope that this tool will help eliminate implicit biases during the recruiting process.
