Buoyed by an uptick in M&A demand, global law firms are returning to the Korean market after a recent exodus that ceded work to local firms, this article reported. O’Melveny is building on its established presence in Korea by bringing on partner Daniel Sae-chin Kim, one of Korea’s most recognized and experienced M&A lawyers, as co-head of its Seoul office.
