The Legal Times: O’Melveny Advises SK E&S on Acquisition of Evercharge

O’Melveny represented SK E&S in its acquisition of leading EV charging solution provider EverCharge. The transaction marks the first time a Korean-based company has acquired the management rights to a US-based EV charging company. SK E&S announced earlier this month that it will finance SK E&S Americas with US$400 million to invest in energy solutions businesses, which will be used in this acquisition. The O’Melveny team was led by Daniel Kim, Woojae Kim, and Hae-in Park.
