The Recorder: Will the EU’s New Copyright Law Bring Clarity or Chaos?五月 01, 2019
The European Union agreed to new copyright rules in April following over a year of negotiations. The Directive on Copyright and Related Rights in the Digital Single Market, also known as the EU Copyright Directive, was intended to clarify rights on platforms in the modern digital age.
