In an Associated Press story about the US Justice Department’s unsealed criminal charges against Chinese tech giant Huawei, TIME, MSN.com, and other prominent news outlets featured an interview with O’Melveny partner Ronald Cheng.

Cheng also said new rules enacted in the past few years have made it easier for US prosecutors to indict overseas corporate defendants without coordinating with foreign governments.
