The Portland Trail Blazers hired O’Melveny & Myers LLP to investigate allegations of workplace misconduct against the team’s president of basketball operations and general manager Neil Olshey. The firm is conducting a “fair and independent” review into claims that the Trail Blazer executive created a hostile work environment that included bullying and intimidation of staff. Employees have reportedly complained about Olshey’s treatment of staff for years.
