Variety: Variety’s Legal Impact Report 2021: O’Melveny’s Entertainment Transactions Group

Three O’Melveny corporate attorneys were named to Variety’s annual Legal Impact Report. The publication highlighted the team’s deal work for a broad range of clients, including financing and distribution agreements for Bron Studios, return-to-work strategies for NBCUniversal and Warner Bros., and acquisitions for CAA and Library Pictures.
“The pandemic has introduced a lot of new uncertainties but also accelerated the pivoting that we saw coming more than a year ago,” said Amy Siegel, co-chair of O’Melveny’s Entertainment, Sports and Media Industry Group.
Partners Bruce Tobey and Silvia Vannini were recognized alongside Siegel.
