O'Melveny & Myers LLP represents Hynix Semiconductor in Rambus Inc. v. Micron Technology Inc. et al, 04-431105, a closely followed antitrust case for the technology industry, in which Rambus accuses Hynix Semiconductor and Micron Technology of conspiring to prevent Rambus’s proprietary DRAM technology, RDRAM, from becoming the standard computer memory technology. Rambus is seeking US$3.95 billion in compensatory damages plus punitive damages.

A California Superior Court jury in San Francisco is now deliberating and a verdict is expected soon.
