NEW YORK, NY — September 2, 2014 — O’Melveny & Myers LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel O’Shea, a seasoned capital markets lawyer, has joined the Firm. O’Shea will be a member of the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice and will be based in the New York office.

O’Shea has represented investment banks and companies in more than a hundred public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and multibillion-dollar high-yield and high-grade debt offerings, and has advised companies on corporate governance and general corporate and disclosure matters. He has represented many of the country’s leading investment banks as underwriters in some of the more significant transactions in recent years.
