HONG KONG – May 3, 2010 – O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced today that Gordon Ng will join the Firm as a partner in the Corporate Finance/Capital Markets Practice. He will be resident in O’Melveny’s Hong Kong office.

“Hong Kong remains one of the most important financial centers in the dynamic Asia market, and Gordon brings skills that are critical to the suite of strategic transactions services O’Melveny offers to clients in Hong Kong,” said Howard Chao, Chair of O’Melveny’s Asia Practice. “His excellent reputation is founded on more than 17 years of guiding clients through sophisticated corporate and financing transactions in Hong Kong and China.”
