LONDON ─ DECEMBER 16, 2011 ─ O'Melveny & Myers LLP is pleased to announce that it has advised client Coller Capital on its agreement with Crédit Agricole S.A. for Coller's acquisition of the bank's private equity manager, Crédit Agricole Private Equity (CAPE) together with substantially all of Crédit Agricole's investments in the funds managed by CAPE.  The London-based O'Melveny team was led by partner John Daghlian and counsel Jonathan Atha, with assistance from Tax partner Jan Birtwell, and Antitrust & Competition partner Christian Riis-Madsen in Brussels. Counsel Karen Ireland and trainee solicitor Edward Mason also assisted. Morgan Lewis & Bockius Paris-based partners Ann Baker and Anne Tolila also advised Coller Capital.
