O’Melveny Advises Leapforce on its Acquisition by Appen Limited

Silicon Valley—Nov 28, 2017—O’Melveny represented Leapforce Inc., a leading provider of search relevance services with a highly automated and proprietary end-to-end technology platform, on its agreement to be acquired by Appen Limited (ASX:APX) for US$80 million (A$105.3 million).
