LONDON ─ OCTOBER 27, 2011 ─ O’Melveny & Myers LLP advised listed investment trust RIT Capital Partners plc (RIT) on its participation in the US$250 million Series B financing of Dropbox, Inc.  RIT invested alongside investors including Index Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Goldman Sachs, Greylock, and Benchmark Capital as part of the latest financing to allow Dropbox to facilitate the expansion of its popular cloud-based storage utility.

 

The London-based O'Melveny team representing RIT was led by partner John Van de North and counsel Jonathan Atha, and assisted by trainee solicitor Edward Mason.
