Century City, CA - February 3, 2015 - O’Melveny & Myers LLP is pleased to announce that it has teamed with “ParentWings” to offer its working parents—staff and attorneys around the globe—one-on-one consulting services with vetted experts on a wide range of parenting issues, including achieving developmental milestones, discipline, starting solids/nutrition, sleep training, and lactation/pumping, among others.

Amy Siegel, an Entertainment, Sports & Media partner in O’Melveny’s Century City office, worked closely with O’Melveny’s Talent Development team to spearhead this global effort. ParentWings founder, Sara Ross, is a child development and behavior specialist who has over ten years of experience working with children and parents. Ross commented, “I look forward to partnering with O’Melveny’s working parents to provide the support they need to feel confident and empowered in their parenting decisions.” Together with her comprehensive team of vetted parenting experts, Ross will provide private, confidential sessions and will prepare personalized action plans with specific recommendations for participating parents. The Firm will cover the cost of each participant’s initial session.
