NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- May 10, 2011 -- O’Melveny & Myers LLP prevailed in a motion to dismiss on behalf of client Morgan Stanley in the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.  Magistrate Judge Robert B. Collings issued the attached order dismissing the complaint on statute of limitations grounds.

The O’Melveny New York team was led by partner Dan Cantor and associate Jason Siegel.

The case is Bruck v. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney et al, 1:10-cv-12199-RBC.
