LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- MAY 17, 2010 -- O’Melveny & Myers LLP has been named for the third consecutive year to Corporate Board Member magazine's list of America’s Best Corporate Law Firms.  Corporate Board Member is a leading publication for senior officers and directors of publicly traded corporations, large private companies, and Global 1000 firms.

The list, now in its tenth year, is the result of a poll conducted by Corporate Board Member and FTI Consulting that surveys 340 directors of publicly traded companies that asks them to identify the nation’s 20 best corporate law firms.  The list appears in the magazine's Second Quarter 2010 issue, in which the editors note that “picking the right outside counsel has never been so important.”

"We are proud to have once again been recognized by Corporate Board Member as one of the leading law firms in the country,” said Arthur B. Culvahouse Jr., Chair of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.  "Our Firm’s placement on this list for three years running is a testament to the consistent quality and value of the legal services we provide our clients."

“When it comes to trust and loyalty, it is obvious these firms have both the depth and breadth of expertise boards are looking for as well as the necessary staying power to deliver it—even in challenging economic times,” said TK Kerstetter, president and CEO of Corporate Board Member.   Neal Hochberg, senior managing director and segment leader at FTI Consulting, commended the listed firms for "the reputations they have built around superior service, and unyielding commitment to their clients."
