LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- MAY 17, 2010 -- O’Melveny & Myers LLP has been named for the third consecutive year to Corporate Board Member magazine's list of America’s Best Corporate Law Firms.  Corporate Board Member is a leading publication for senior officers and directors of publicly traded corporations, large private companies, and Global 1000 firms.

 

The list, now in its tenth year, is the result of a poll conducted by Corporate Board Member and FTI Consulting that surveys 340 directors of publicly traded companies that asks them to identify the nation’s 20 best corporate law firms.  The list appears in the magazine's Second Quarter 2010 issue, in which the editors note that “picking the right outside counsel has never been so important.”
