SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- November 12, 2010 -- O’Melveny & Myers LLP represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as sales agents, in connection with sales agency financing agreements of up to US$500 million of shares of the common stock of AvalonBay Communities, Inc. in “at the market offerings” through the sales agents.
