O’Melveny Represents China Securities in Digital Hollywood Interactive IPO

Hong Kong—December 15, 2017—O’Melveny represented China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited as the Sole Sponsor, Sole Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, and Joint Lead Manager, along with other underwriters, in the IPO and listing of Digital Hollywood Interactive Limited (“Digital Hollywood Interactive”) on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2022.HK). Digital Hollywood issued 500 million shares for the price of HK$0.63 per share. The proceeds were approximately HK$315 million (US$40 million).

Digital Hollywood Interactive is a leading mobile-game developer and online game publisher for China-based game developers. According to an industry report, it was the largest web-game publisher in terms of revenue generated from publishing web games from China-based game developers in the international markets in 2016.

The O’Melveny team was led by partners Ke Geng and Edwin Kwok, and included counsel Ke Zhu and Ke Huang, and associates Wendy Kan and Grace Xu.
