BEIJING -- JULY 22, 2010 – O’Melveny recently represented Top Grade Healthcare Limited in negotiating and closing a US$40 million private equity financing by Starr International Company, Inc., in the form of a combination of redeemable exchangeable notes and purchase of ordinary shares.
The O’Melveny team was led by Beijing partner David Roberts. Hong Kong partners Gordon Ng and Neil Campbell advised on Hong Kong law related matters, and US M&A partner, Douglas Freeman, based in the O’Melveny Hong Kong office, provided assistance regarding the structure and terms.
