O’Melveny Represents Underwriter in Endologix Stock Offering

SAN FRANCISCO—October 30, 2018—O’Melveny represented BTIG, LLC, as underwriter in a follow-on offering of 17,653,809 shares of common stock of Endologix, Inc., a producer of innovative medical devices for the treatment of aortic disorders, including for minimally invasive endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms. The offering settled on October 29, 2018.
