O'Melveny's Bingna Guo Chosen Top Lawyer by Clients in Asian Legal Business

BEIJING – October 20, 2014 – O'Melveny & Myers partner Bingna Guo has been named to the 2014 ALB China Client Choice 20, which highlights lawyers across China who were identified by clients as the “most sought-after private practice lawyers in the country.” The publication, Asian Legal Business, came to the list of the top 20 lawyers after conducting a survey of leading in-house counsel and business professionals.

A partner in O’Melveny’s Beijing office and a member of the International Litigation Practice, Guo has extensive experience in cross-border litigation, international anticorruption investigations, international commercial arbitration and mediation, regulatory and compliance matters, crisis management, and complex commercial litigation. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association International Law China Committee. Guo provides clients strategic and case management advice for parallel proceedings involving multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive relationships with leading local counsel and is able to effectively coordinate local litigation and dispute resolution proceedings throughout China.
