Snyder Named Among National Law Journal’s 2017 Winning Litigators

SILICON VALLEY—September 26, 2017—O’Melveny partner Darin Snyder has been selected among The National Law Journal’s 2017 Winning Litigators.

In a profile published on September 26, 2017, Snyder discussed his work leading Google to victory in a nine-figure patent infringement case concerning the technology used by the company’s iconic Google Earth products.

“The case turned in Google’s favor during cross-examination,” Snyder said, noting that it produced revelations about the plaintiff’s invention and product development efforts. “The jury provided Google and O'Melveny with an across-the-board victory.”

Based in Silicon Valley, Snyder is O’Melveny’s Regional Head of Litigation for Northern California. He has extensive experience in major civil and criminal litigation matters involving intellectual property and technology-intensive business sectors.
