Zujkowski Named One of Turnarounds & Workouts’ “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers”

NEW YORK—April 26, 2019—Turnarounds & Workouts has named partner Joe Zujkowski to its list of “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers.” The list is highly selective, naming only a dozen restructuring lawyers under 40 years of age who have distinguished themselves through their “outstanding achievements.”

Recently promoted to partner at O’Melveny, Zujkowski is a key member of the firm’s team advising the Government of Puerto Rico on the largest financial restructuring in history and has played a lead role on recent creditor engagements in cases like LINN Energy, Peabody Coal, Remington Outdoor and Halcon Resources. He is also a thought leader in the field, having served as an adjunct professor at Cardozo Law School and authored over 20 articles on restructuring and distressed debt issues. In addition to this award, Zujkowski was previously named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
