Adam Levine is a highly skilled and experienced commercial litigator and trial lawyer specializing in health care litigation. Adam handles an extensive range of complex health care litigation matters, including payor-provider disputes, government enforcement actions, and whistleblower lawsuits under the False Claims Act.  He also handles other complex commercial litigation matters relating to product liability; false advertising; all manner of breaches of contract, express and implied warranty, and fiduciary duty; violations of unfair competition and consumer protection statutes; and civil fraud.

Adam has represented several of the largest health insurers and third party administrators in the United States, as well as clients in a variety of other industries, including automobile, financial services, investment banking, energy, retail, technology, aerospace, real estate and legal services. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high profile cases, and has litigated extensively throughout the United States.

In addition, Adam has dedicated significant time to pro bono work, representing clients in multiple political asylum and civil rights actions. He is also a member of the board of directors of Program for Torture Victims, a Los Angeles-based non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical, psychological, and social services to survivors of state-sponsored torture.
