Adam M. Kaplan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and class actions brought under unfair competition, false advertising, and consumer protection statutes. He has considerable experience litigating in state and federal courts across the country at both the trial and appellate levels. His clients include companies across a wide array of industries, including consumer electronics, transportation, technology, pharmaceutical and consumer health products, and financial services. In addition, Adam maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising national non-profit organizations on legal ethics issues and successfully representing individuals seeking asylum in immigration proceedings.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Adam was a judicial extern for the Honorable Alex Kozinski of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable Susan Illston of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
