Aleksander (Sasha) Danielyan is a staff attorney in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office who focuses his practice on transactions and corporate counseling, including technology transactions, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Sasha helps clients draft and negotiate a variety of commercial and intellectual property agreements. Sasha also advises clients on open-source software compliance and privacy compliance. He holds a CIPP/US certification by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Sasha was COO & Legal Counsel of a video technology startup.
