Alicja Biskupska-Haas is an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer who specializes in fund formation, operations, and compliance with securities laws. Her range of clients is widespread and diverse and include hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other pooled investment vehicles and their managers.

In addition to counseling funds and their managers, Alicja frequently represents institutional investors, including major pension funds, acquiring positions in private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.
