Allan Gustin is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office. His practice focuses on labor and employment matters, including contract disputes, harassment and discrimination cases, and wrongful termination claims. Allan also has experience representing clients in a wide array of state and federal complex commercial litigation matters.

Allan regularly prepares briefs and motions for all stages of complex commercial litigation, including the creation and execution of discovery plans, motions, interrogatories, and requests for production.
