Andrea LaFountain is an associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles Office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice within the Litigation Department. Andrea focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on patent, trademark/trade dress, and technology-related matters. She also has experience counseling clients regarding maintaining and enforcing trade secrets and intellectual property.

Andrea has litigated intellectual property and technology-driven cases in federal and state courts, before the United States International Trade Commission, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
