Anita Choi is an experienced corporate transactional lawyer specializing in business tax and international transactions. Anita skillfully advises on a wide range of US, Hong Kong, and PRC tax issues with particular emphasis on cross-border and international transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures.
