Benjamin Hendricks focuses his practice on antitrust and competition litigation, strategic counseling, and regulatory issues. He has extensive experience in litigation involving class actions and mergers, as well as counseling clients in issues relating to the intersection of patents rights and antitrust law in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. Benjamin also counsels executive branch nominees through vetting by the White House, government agencies, the Office of Government Ethics, and the Senate. In addition, he has experience in consumer protection, financial services, and general commercial litigation.

Benjamin believes in using complex facts to craft simple, powerful, and individualized legal arguments that create leverage for his clients to prevail at trial. He also believes that honest counseling allows his clients to make informed decisions. Benjamin represents a wide array of clients, including worldwide leaders in the mobile technologies, financial, and transportation industries, and also represents numerous executive branch officials.
