Berit Fitzsimmons is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Century City office.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Berit served as a Deputy Attorney General in the California Attorney General’s Office, where she briefed and argued criminal appeals, and as an associate at an international law firm. Before attending law school, Berit worked at the Office of International Affairs in the US Department of Justice’s Criminal Division.
